Voice Coil Positioning Stage, VCS10-023-CR-01-CS-2
The VCS15-050-LB-01-MC-2 is a closed loop single plane dual axis positioning stage. This stage is ideal for applications that require independent multiple motions on a single travel plane. It uses H2W voice coil motor NCC10-15-023-1X. Each voice coil has a 1.00" [25.4 mm] stroke; generates 2.3 lbs [10.2 N] of continuous force and 6.9 lbs [30.7 N] of peak force. The 1.0-micron resolution encoder allows for precise positioning. It comes supplied with a high accuracy crossed roller bearing. The motor coil is the moving part of the assembly in order to reduce the moving mass of the system. Power is supplied to the motor via a high flex, high reliability flat ribbon cable. The voice coil motor has been mounted to the side of the bearing assembly in order to reduce the overall height and length of the system. It has been specially plated for use in aerospace applications.

Features:
- Rigid Bearing Assembly
- Light Moving Mass
- 2 Axis Single Plane Motion Control
- MIL-C-5541 Class 1A Plating (Chem-Film)
- Custom strokes, forces, and feedback resolution configurations available
