The LSS-018-06-020-2X is a dual motor, low cost, low profile Linear Stepper Stage that is ideal for applications that require independent multiple motions on a single travel plane. Both motors run on the same stationary platen. It uses H2W linear stepper motors STS-0213-R to generate a force of 2.3 lbs [10.2 N] with a total stroke length of 18.0in [457mm] (for each independently moving motor). Each moving motor has a high flex ribbon motor power cable guided by a u-channel. Power is supplied to the motors via a standard 9-pin D-subminiature connector. It has a home positioning sensor along with end-of-travel rubber bumper stops. There are also provisions that allow customer cables to be routed within the optional cable carrier. Custom mounting holes on the moving table are available upon request at no additional charge. Optional cable carrier and end-of-travel-sensors can easily be integrated into this package. This package is low cost, and has a short lead time for custom lengths and/or options.
